In alliance with like minded women’s organisations, networks and coalitions, we are making our voices heard so that the social partners, States, and actors in the private sector, ensure that implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals truly reverses growing inequalities and achieves equity through a transition to environmentally sustainable economies and societies.

CLC and CTF present recommendations to Canadian Minister of Status of Woman

On Feb. 29, two Canadian members of the Global Trade Union delegation met with the new Minister of the Status of Women Canada to present the delegation's recommendations for the CSW60 Agreed Conclusions.

Sisters from unions around the world prepare for a week of lobbying for decent work, gender parity, and for measures against domestic violence, just to name a few. A good number of the Sisters here have attended the UNCSW many times and they will offer fem-torship to the first-time delegates. ‎Meeting in progress to review key issues and conclusions.
